The Mexican Chinese community is a small but resilient community that has existed in Mexico for hundreds of years.

 

However, the Chinese arrival to Mexico was not well received by the locals, and anti-Chinese sentiment reached a boiling point, culminating into a tragedy which occurred in 1911.
